Keep your extensions looking fresh as your natural hair grows. We safely remove and reposition your existing tape-ins or mini k-tips to extend their life. Tape-ins should be moved up every 5–7 weeks.

Required Before Your First Visit

Client Agreement

All clients must complete and sign this agreement before their first appointment. Please read each section carefully, check all boxes, and sign with your full name below.

Personal Information

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of your $50 deposit. Clients who do not show without notice will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur an additional $25 late fee.

Aftercare & Product Disclaimer

Clients must use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner that is safe for hair treatments and extensions. Failure to use the correct products will affect the longevity and quality of your results. Zees Beauty Bar will not be responsible for any damage or deterioration caused by improper product use. No complimentary fixes or refunds will be provided for any concerns raised more than 2 weeks after the date of your treatment or extension install.

Before You Book

Salon Policy

Please take a moment to review our policies. These are in place to respect everyone's time — yours and ours.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your $50 deposit.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. No exceptions.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be subject to an additional $25 late fee. Please reach out if you're running behind.

Parking

Please park on the driveway, right side only. Do not park inside the cul-de-sac — it is a no-parking zone and tickets may be issued.

Your $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your total service cost. It is non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Please note: No-show and late cancellation fees are the client's responsibility and will be pursued accordingly. By booking you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

Hi, I'm Zain

Growing up Middle Eastern, straight, healthy hair wasn't just a preference — it was a way of life. I started treating my own hair as early as middle school, getting the treatments I loved done back home. When my family moved to Canada, I quickly realized no one here knew how to do it the same way. So I did what felt natural: I figured it out myself.

Somewhere along the way I realized — I was actually really good at this. And I cared deeply about it. I became obsessed with ingredients. I would never put harsh chemicals or formaldehyde on my own hair, so I would never put them on a client's. That conviction led me to get certified twice and source what I genuinely believe is the best supplier in Brazil — Floractive — packed with amino acids and natural oils, completely free of harsh chemicals.
